Goyen Cast Aluminum diaphragm valve CA62MM 2 1/2 " AC230V 50/60Hz  pulse jet valve

 

 

Description
High performance diaphragm valve with threaded ports. Available with integral pilot or as remotely piloted valve. Outlet at 90° to inlet.
 
The integral operators are provided with epoxy moulded F-class coils. Various optional waterproof
    and explosionproof solenoids for use in potentially explo- sive atmospheres (gas & dust) according 
    to Directive ATEX 94/9/EC can be mounted on the same basic valve 

 

Suitable for
Dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning including bag filters, cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fibre filters.

INSTAllATION:

 

1 The valves can be mounted in any position without affecting operation
2 Threaded pipe connection is: G = G (ISO 228/1) or compression fittings
3 Mount valves to inlet pipes and blowtube to valves, ensuring no excess thread sealant can enter the valve itself.
4   Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
5  For compression fitting types tightness is achieved by the compressed gasket on the blow tube
6  Other pipe threads are available on request
7  Installation/maintenance instructions are included with each valve
8 Make electrical connections to solenoid or connect RCA pilot port to pilot valve (RCA valves only).
9  Fully pressurise system.
10  Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noise.

 

Maintenance:
Before conducting any maintenance activity on the system ensure that components are fully isolated from 
pressure and power supplies. Pressure and power should not be reapplied until the valve has been fully assembled.
Diaphragm and pilot inspection should be conducted annually
